Ferrero S.p.A. is an extremely dynamic and innovative company. The core of operations is located in the Headquarters, an area covering 14,000 m², of which 5,000 m² are covered. Over the years, this site, which started as a simple facility, has seen the company grow with a focus on innovation. Here, among the administrative, financial and sales offices and the areas dedicated to design, prototyping and production, the future automotive projects come to life. Every initiative is driven by our unwavering dedication to quality and supported by cutting-edge 3D measurement technologies.
With its 12,000 m², of which 6,500 m² are covered, the AP facility represents the area where the production process begins, including laser cutting, CNC bending, robotic bending and welding to transform steel according to customer requirements.
With an area of 1,500 m², the MT facility is dedicated to the assembly, finishing and quality control of posts and metal racks, also carried out using three-dimensional measurement with a 3D arm.
The Spanish market has always been considered strategic for our company. That is why Ferrero Ibérica S.L.U., was established several years ago, allowing us to offer clients a comprehensive service including the design, prototyping and production of specialised metal racks with posts and specialised metal racks. In industrial partnership with Metaliclaser S.L., we are among the main suppliers to leading automotive manufacturers and component suppliers. The technical team is highly specialised and always available to meet clients’ technical and support needs.
